1. Your marriage should performed in any part of Telangana.

2. Original marriage book-let with complete Xerox copy issued by the Qazi orOriginal Naqal issued by Qazi.

3. Power of attorney with attestation of Concerned Embassy. (If the marriage was performed through phone)

4. Religion Certificate of any recognized organization of Telangana. (If any of one either Bride groom / Groom was converted to Islam)

What is the documents required for Marriage for Foreign Nationality?

1. Original Marriage Book-let with complete Xerox copy issued by the Qazi or Original Naqal issued by Qazi.

2. One passport size photo of Bride and Bride Groom.

3. Complete passport Xerox attested with notary Advocate (with Visa copy details of arrival to Telangana / India).

4. Power of attorney with attestation of Concerned Embassy. (If the marriage was performed through phone)

5. Permission letter from Concerned Embassy (If you are from Oman and Saudi Arabia Nationality)

6. Religion Certificate of any recognized organization of Telangana. (If anyone either Bride groom / Groom was converted to Islam)

1. Original Sadaqat Naama / Talaq Nama issued by Qazi.

2. Copy of Marriage Booklet / Marriage Certificate issued by TSWB.

3. Copy of Divorce Deed.

Fee Payment

Fee for applying for a Marriage / Divorce / Khula Certificate

1. If you are applying for Marriage / Divorce / Khula Certificate in Tatkal. The fee will be Rs. 400/-

2. If you are applying for Marriage / Divorce / Khula Certificate in Ordinary. The fee will be Rs. 300/-

1. Online payment by using, Credit/ Debit Card Internet Banking

2. You can make payment in Cash at Cash Counter of TSWB.
