The Gateway agencies should ensure that the payment gateway is strictly being directed to the payments, banking website payments reflections in the Account of TSWB duly implementing website security and Firewall securities and other securities.

On behalf of TSWB and gateway is provided by agency, TSWB does not hold any liabilities if arises due to excess payments/ Frauds/ misappropriation etc. instead both the agencies is held responsible as the TSWB is only utilizing the Zestwings Services for creation of payment Link and Cashfree services as payment gateway.

All unsettled payments should be setteled or returned to the payer's Bank account as per the banking norms and conditions. Any default duly arrive the liability on the Cashfree .

The agency cashfree should submit the written documents duly mentioning the

• Fee per transaction
• Actual Time required in transfer of payments received from Tenants / users to TSWB.
• Consequences of payment failure/ unsettled / stucked payments.
• Other maintenance fee charges etc.
